For the moment we only deliver fresh flowers within Sydney's Northern Beaches, Upper North Shore, Far Northern Sydney and the Hills District - NSW, Australia (please see suburb list below as there are some exceptions) with next day delivery for Winter 2019 but if you call/email us we can usually do same-day if ordered before 10am. 

We offer free shipping on all gifts (excludes fresh flowers) anywhere in Australia.

We do deliver to Mona Vale Hospital + Northern Beaches Hospital (Frenchs Forest) ONLY. Please make sure to list the ward/room number.

If you are super-duper keen for a signature Riverwolfxo bouquet to be sent out to any Sydney suburb not listed above, please contact us directly and we can sort something out!

For pre-booked wedding flowers, we happily travel around all of Sydney and its surrounds (Central Coast, South Coast, Hunter Valley etc). Please see the Weddings page for more information.


International orders/payment via card/Paypal are accepted online and payment is possible over the phone. 

We can ship most gifts (excluding seeds) internationally at an extra cost. Unfortunately at this stage we do not deliver fresh flowers or plants outside of NSW, Australia. 


If you wish to make any changes to your order, please do so either by phone on 99822180 or use the contact form provided. 

Cancellations will incur a 20% fee. Cancellations received with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged at 50% of the total order value. Please note... once your order has been processed, cancellation of your order is possible only in special circumstances and at our discretion. 


Riverwolfxo flowers are of the highest quality when delivered, therefore all care and responsibility for them are taken by the buyer. Certain gifts can be returned at buyer's expense. Unless your item is super damaged, fresh flowers can't be returned... but if you experience any sort of problem or are unhappy with your purchase please email us and we will sort it out!

Sales Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions govern all supply of goods and services by Riverwolfxo to you, the purchaser of goods and services from us, including your use of the website at They are effective from June 2017. If you visit our shop it means that you automatically accept all these terms and conditions.


Orders will not be dispatched until payment in full has been received.  We will contact you as soon as possible if we have issues & the payment has not been processed.

It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering.  If the delivery details you have given are incorrect & you require a re-delivery this will be at your own expense.

With regard to any "Note Message" supplied we accept what you have written as correct therefore Riverwolfxo will not accept liability for any spelling, grammar mistakes the message will be written as stated. If it is obvious to us that there is an error in a card message, we will contact you to correct it.

The Personal information you enter is only for the purpose of fulfiling your order and Riverwolfxo will not disclose to any third parties, excluding information (delivery address etc) relevant to our third party courier service.


Cancellations received with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged at 50% of the total order value.  We are unable to cancel orders that are already prepared & are with our courier for delivery.


Normal delivery hours for Riverwolfxo are between 9am and 6pm, Monday to Saturday. Riverwolfxo cannot guarantee a specific delivery time.  We will make every attempt to fulfil your request but cannot guarantee it. During Winter 2019 we will not be doing same day delivery unless you call/email first to ensure flowers are available. We do not deliver Sundays during this time.


These times do not apply to busy floral events including (but not limited to) Mother’s Day, Valentine’s Day and Christmas. Please check with us for the order cut off times for these days.

International orders are accepted online.

When a delivery address recipient is away from home we will leave the goods at the front door at the buyer's risk and take no responsibility for damages or theft. We will leave the goods in a place deemed safe by us or our third party courier, as stated in their own Terms and Conditions. If delivery is by a Riverwolfxo staff member to an apartment block or similar and we are unable to enter the building, we will try our best to get in contact with you to make other arrangements, however if there is no response within ten minutes and no safe place to leave it, the goods will be brought back to Riverwolfxo shop in Collaroy Plateau where you can arrange to pick it up or pay an extra fee to have it delivered again. Riverwolfxo staff members will not leave a fresh flower bouquet in the sun, however we can not guarantee this for our third party couriers.

Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary to create your bouquet due to the availability of certain flowers in various parts of the country. Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and colour scheme of the arrangement, using flowers of equal value.

We will always try to ensure all arrangements delivered are very similar to those on our website.  However flowers and plants are subject to availability on the day of delivery.

Riverwolfxo takes great pride and puts love in every floral arrangement and living plant we send out. We would not knowingly send out a less-than-the-ultimate-quality product. If you are unhappy with your flower arrangement or product, please phone us immediately and we will happily discuss any issue you may have. This is on the understanding we are able to collect the original order on receipt of the new one. Should this not be available we hold the right to not rectify the problem.


To the greatest extent permissible by law, we exclude all liability we may have to you for any claim except where we have acted in bad faith. This exclusion also applies for the benefit of every officer, employee, contractor, agent of us and anyone else we use to perform our duties or provide services under any agreement you have with us. None of the persons specified above is liable or has to pay you for anything else in connection with or resulting from anything any of us does or does not do, or delays in doing, whether or not it is contemplated or authorised by any agreement you have with us. This exclusion applies whatever you are claiming for and in whatever way liability might arise. This exclusion does not limit any inalienable rights you may have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. 

Our maximum liability to you (if any) shall be limited to the value of any faulty products or services supplied by us and we, our employees, contractors and agents, will not be liable to you for loss or damage of any kind however that loss or damage is caused or arises. 

Additionally please note that our website contains numerous trademarks which can belong both to our company and third party companies. Using the logos, icons and service names is prohibited in any manner that is likely to cause confusion among our customers, and will be considered a violation of copyright law. We reserve the right to make changes to these terms and conditions at any time without prior notifications. Our company is located in Sydney Australia and the laws of the state of New South Wales shall govern any interpretation of these terms and conditions.
